Your prince never showed up. You’ll have to get out of this dungeon on your own, princess! Climb to the top and save as many of the others as you can, but don’t let the dragons get you!
This is an entry for the GDL July Jam. It took us roughly 2 and a half days to finish. The initial idea was purely that the would try and escape on a janky physics chain whilst avoiding all the obstacles. However, after playing with the fun and quirky chain physics an idea emerged. Why not a chain of ragdoll princesses?!
We were all pleasantly surprised at how well this came together.

This is a tough game ! And I don't mean like a badly designed tough game, I mean it's difficult without being unfair and that's great.
The art is great, the game is polished and I wouldn't be able to tell it was made during a jam.
But again, I don't have much experience.

We've had a few discussions and all think it's too difficult so we'll construct a easier level in the future. We just threw a level together and didn't really have any experience in level design haha.

Such a great game! I really enjoyed the music and art style. The game itself was quite challenging and I sure was not good at the game hahah. Overall a very fun and challenging game, keep up the good work :D
I don't know if you've heard of Game Development World Championship before (gdwc2019) but it's a competition for indie game developers where they can submit their games and it's free! It's great if you want some more visibility for the game and it only takes a couple of minutes to join :)
